Once your order is placed via www.poppetandwildflower.com, email or any other means you agree to our T’s & C’s and store policies.
Processing times-
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes-
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept cancellations-
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

I don't accept returns however please contact me if you have any problems with your order, I am always happy to help.
Exchanges on wholesale orders are not permitted unless agreed upon prior.
Postage back to us is at your expense in all cases.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged- 
Customised or personalised items unless in the unlikely event they arrived defected.
Any wholesale orders.
Conditions of return-
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Postage back to us is at your expense in all cases.
